Add Transmittal
To add a Transmittal user role must have an “add“ privilege enabled.
To add an Transmittal in a List View:
Select the folder that will contain the new Transmittal(s) in a folder tree object on a left hand side.
Click on “+ Add” button in the data table action menu.
“+ Add” button becomes available when selected folder has a folder prefix.
A new [BPO] will be auto-generated, and be displayed at the top of the Transmittal list. A success alert message will be displayed at the top right hand corner with message: “Outgoing Transmittal [Transmittal Name] has been created successfully”. A failed operation will display message “Error Occurred: Failed to create [Transmittal Name] ”.
