Copy/Paste Safety Deficiency Report(s)
Depending of your privileges, a Safety Deficiency Report (SDR) can be duplicated from the folders the user have access to, with the copy function. Since copy action is protected by Role Permission to secure the SDR(s), the user need to have the “copy” role enabled in the SDR role section.
To duplicate one or more SDR(s):
Select the folder containing the SDR(s) to be copied.
In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the SDR(s) to be duplicated.
Click "Copy" button.
Select the folder to paste the SDR(s) into.
Click “Paste” button.
Items copied successfully will display the next message: “2 Item(s) Copied To Clipboard”
“Copy” button is disabled until one or more SDR(s) is selected.
“Paste” button is disabled, until one or more SDR(s) are copied to the Clipboard.
Once SDR(s) pasted to a new location, a success alert message will appear on the top right hand corner with message: “Item(s) Pasted successfully“
SDRs selection is not preserved, after user successfully pastes the SDRs into other folder path and it´s currently allowed within the same project.
