Safety Deficiency Report Attributes
Safety Deficiency Report (SDR) metadata is saved and displayed as attributes within the infinitrac platform. The SDR module can include an unlimited number of attributes to describe its status and provide additional details about the reported content.
Name
Sequential title of the SDR, based on an established folder prefix. This field is required and cannot be left empty. Maximum length is 25 characters. Only alphanumeric characters, spaces, dashes, and dots are allowed.
Date Identified
Date time stamp when SDR was identified (Required field)
Status
This field represents the status of the SDR. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional.
Subject
Provides a short SDR description/purpose. This field’s value is used as Email notification subject fields value, if provided. This field is optional. Subject’s field value length can range from 3 to maximum of 128 characters. Input accepts following characters: alpha numeric, spaces, dots, commas, and punctuation characters.
Priority
Describes sensitivity of the transmittal content. When set, Priority field’s value is used as email priority to send out transmittal content. This field is optional.
Description
Long SDR description, consisting of purpose why the SDR is send in a first place. Description’s field value length can range from 3 to maximum of 1500 characters. Can accept any characters, including HTML or RTF formatted text.
Files Count
Total number of files added to the SDRs. This field cannot be edited.
Location
Location where the safety deficiency was identified. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional.
Person Who Identified Deficiency
Allows to select between all user and contacts in the platform, the person who identified the deficiency. This field can be edited.
Point of Contact
Provides contact information to respond the SDR to, name and last name will be included in the report.
Contractor
Company accountable for the deficiency. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional
Subcontractor
Company hired by a main contractor to perform a specific part of the project and accountable for the deficiency. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional

Correction Action Needed/Taken
This field allows to add the correction action to do or the taken decision to resolve the deficiency. This field can be edited.
Probability
Probability represents how likely it is that this issue/dangerous situation will actually happen.
Severity
Severity describes the level of impact this issue/dangerous situation can have on the project if it actually happens.
