Reopen a Safety Deficiency Report

After a BPO is sent, all attribute fields are Read-Only, meaning it can´t be changed. By reopen a Safety Deficiency Report, user will have access to edit recipients, responses and documents. Reopen function is restrictive to users with admin role enabled in the SDR role section.

To reopen an SDR:

1. Navigate to the SDR´s Detail View, by clicking on “< List” button.

2. Select the SDR to be reopened.

3. Click on “Reopen” button, in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Modify the required fields.

Once the SDR is reopened, a success alert message will be displayed on the top right hand corner with message: “The SDR [Filename] Was Unlocked Successfully”.
