Copy/Paste Non Conformance Report(s)
Depending of your privileges, a Non Conformance Report (NCR) can be duplicated from the folders the user have access to, with the copy function. Since copy action is protected by Role Permission to secure the NCR(s), the user need to have the copy role enabled in the NCR role section.
To duplicate one or more NCR(s):
Select the folder containing the NCR(s) to be copied.
In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the NCR(s) to be duplicated.
Click "Copy" button.
Select the folder to paste the NCR(s) into.
Click “Paste” button.
Items copied successfully will display the next message: “2 Item(s) Copied To Clipboard”
“Copy” button is disabled until one or more NCR(s) is selected.
“Paste” button is disabled, until one or more NCR(s) are copied to the Clipboard.
Once NCR(s) pasted to a new location, a success alert message will appear on the top right hand corner with message: “Item(s) Pasted successfully“
NCRs selection is not preserved, after user successfully pastes the NCRs into other folder path and it´s currently allowed within the same project.
