Add a Non Conformance Report(s)
To add a Non Conformance Report (NCR) user role must have an “add“ privilege (link to respective page) enabled.
To add an NCR in a List View (link to respective page):
Select the folder that will contain the new NCR(s) in a folder tree object on a left hand side.
Click on “+ Add” button in the data table action menu.
“+ Add” button becomes available when selected folder has a folder prefix.
A new NCR will be auto-generated, and be displayed at the top of the NCR list. A success alert message will be displayed at the top right hand corner with message: “NCR [NCR Name] has been created successfully”. A failed operation will display message “Error Occurred: Failed to create [BPO Name] ”.
