Reopen a Request For Information

After a BPO is sent, all attribute fields are Read-Only, meaning it can´t be changed. By reopen a Request For Information (RFI), user will have access to edit recipients, responses and documents. Reopen function is restrictive to users with admin role enabled in the RFI role section.

To reopen an RFI:

1. Navigate to the RFI´s Detail View, by clicking on “< List” button.

2. Select the RFI to be reopened.

3. Click on “Reopen” button, in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Modify the required fields.

Once the RFI is reopened, a success alert message will be displayed on the top right hand corner with message: “The RFI [Filename] Was Unlocked Successfully”.
