NCR Role Access and Security

Access to NCR Module and its functionality controlled by set of role permissions in a given project, in Role Management module. They are:

• view - protects access to one or many NCRs

• add - protects ability to add a new NCR

• import - protects ability to add files to NCR

• edit - protects ability to edit NCR’s data

• prefix - protects ability to change folder prefix storing NCRs

• copy - protects ability to duplicate NCRs

• cut - protects ability to move NCRs

• delete - protects ability to move NCRs to the trashcan

• access - protects ability to change NCR folder access

• trash can - protects ability to permanently remove NCRs from a designated trash can

• admin - protects ability to perform any kind of actions, after NCR has been closed.

• cut folder - protects ability to move NCRs folders.

• delete folder - protects ability to move NCRs folders to the trash can.

• add folder - protects ability to add a new NCRs folder.

• edit folder - protects ability to edit NCRs folder data.
