Daily Report Attributes

Name

Sequential title of the Submittal Report, based on an established folder prefix. This field is required and cannot be left empty. Maximum length is 25 characters. Only alphanumeric characters, spaces, dashes, and dots are allowed.

Report Date

Date time stamp when the Daily Report was created.

Status

Represents the current status of the Submittal. Users can select an existing option or add a new one. This field is optional

Area

This field represents the area of the Daily Report. This field is not required.

Shift

Represents which shift the daily report is reporting on.

Field Report Number

Separate identifier for daily report based on client’s internal method of tracking reports.

Phase

Represents which phase of project daily report is reporting on.

Date Modified

Timestamp when the Daily Report was edited.

Description

Long Daily Report description. Description’s field value length can range from 3 to maximum of 1500 characters. Can accept any characters, including HTML or RTF formatted text.

Date Filed

Timestamp indicating when Daily Report package was generated but not send. This field cannot be edited.

Date Sent

Timestamp indicating when the Submittal was sent to recipients. This field cannot be edited.

Date Closed

Timestamp indicating when no further work is required to complete the Submittal process. This is set when the Submittal status is changed to “Closed.”

Date Unlocked

Timestamp when the the Daily Report was re-opened.

Unlocked By

The user who re-opened the Daily Report.
