Material Receiving Report Attributes
Name
Sequential title of the MRR based on an established folder prefix. This field is required, and cannot be empty. Maximum length is set to be 25 characters. Only alphanumeric characters, spaces, dashes, and dots are allowed in field’s entry.
Event Date
Timestamp indicating when the material-related event occurred. This field helps track delivery and inspection timelines.This field is mandatory.
Event Type
Identifies the reason for the MRR submission. Users must select an existing option or create a new one. This field is mandatory
Status
This field represents the status of the Material Receiving Report. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional.
Priority
Describes sensitivity of the MRR content. When set, Priority field’s value is used as email priority to send out MRR content. This field is optional.
Component
Describes the specific item or system component being received or inspected. This field is optional
Received Location
Specifies the physical site or area where the material was delivered. Useful for tracking logistics and delivery accuracy. This field is optional
Vendor
Input field to add a vendor to the report. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional.
Delivery Carrier
Records the transportation provider used for the shipment. Supports tracking and accountability. This field is optional
Purchase Order Number
Links the received materials to the corresponding purchase order. Supports verification and reconciliation. This field is optional
Original B/L Number
Captures the original Bill of Lading number associated with the shipment. This field is optional
Subject
Provides a short MRR description/purpose. This field’s value is used as Email notification subject fields value, if provided. This field is optional. Subject’s field value length can range from 3 to maximum of 128 characters. Input accepts following characters: alpha numeric, spaces, dots, commas, and punctuation characters.
Description
Long MRR description, consisting of purpose why the MRR is send in a first place. Description’s field value length can range from 3 to maximum of 1500 characters. Can accept any characters, including HTML or RTF formatted text.
Date Filed
Date time stamp when Material Receiving Report package was generated but not send. This field cannot be edited.
Date Sent
Date time stamp when the Material Receiving Report was sent to the recipients. This field cannot be edited.
Date Closed
Date time stamp when there is no further work needed to be done to complete Material Receiving Report process. Set when MRR Status is set to “Closed”.
Date Unlocked
Timestamp when the the Material Receiving Report was re-opened.
Age
Calculate field meaning how long is the MRR opened, after it was send. Calculated as difference between Date Sent and Date Closed, in days . This field cannot be edited.
