Introduction to Issue Resolution
Used as a way to track issues and their resolution so that work can proceed. Additionally supplies a record for future reference to gain cycles of learning experience. Critical statistics are description, subject, priority, references, contacts, and comments.

Using Issue Resolution
In this example the Issue Resolution Module will be used to filter and review documentation regarding “Subject A” for a claim.
User(s) will add Reference item(s) related to the issue for review by the Contacts added to the issue.
As the User(s) review the reference item(s) they can then exclude certain documents from the issue, this key distinction allows anyone else involved in the process to distinguish those documents that have been reviewed and deemed not necessary from those that are required for the resolution of the issue.
Reference items
This Guide works under the assumption that multiple teammates will be working collaboratively on the issue, although the method explained in this Guide is the same for a single user.

Search Reference items: This button will open a search window, in this window a user will select all the files that may be relevant to the issue by searching for certain keywords and after selecting any given files all Users with access to the issue can see what documents have been chosen for review.
Tip: Prepopulate reference files based on a certain keyword in the Library
Create a Folder in the Library Called “Keyword A”.
Search “Keyword A”.
Select all Search Results for “Keyword A”, Copy and then Paste Shortcuts for all the search results in the folder created in Step 1.
User(s) may now associate files from the Folder in the Issue resolution module.
2. Excluded Reference items: items added to this list imply that they have been through the review process and are not needed for the resolution of this issue, this section also allows the user and their collaborators to list the Documents in the system and avoid duplicating works.
3. Comments: This section record comments by the users involved in the issue, comments from other uses can also be replied to by other users and are visible to the whole team
