Copy/Paste Submittal(s)

Depending on your privileges, a Submittal can be duplicated from folders the user has access to using the Copy function. Since the Copy action is protected by role-based permissions to safeguard Submittals, the user must have the Copy role enabled in the Submittal role section.

 To duplicate one or more Submittals:

1. Select the folder containing the Submittals to be copied.

2. In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the Submittals you want to duplicate.

3. Click the Copy button.

4. Navigate to the destination folder.

5. Click the Paste button to complete the duplication.

When items are successfully copied, the following message will appear:
“2 Item(s) Copied to Clipboard.”

Once Submittals are pasted to a new location, a success alert will appear in the top-right corner with the message:
“Item(s) pasted successfully.”
