infinitrac Notifications and Buttons
Throughout infinitrac, every successful, failed, or forbidden transaction is indicated by a pop-up notification on the right-hand side of the screen.
Green denotes a successful transaction, and the notification will specify which transaction occurred. Positive action buttons such as “Add,” “Associate File,” “Upload Folder Structure,” “Recover,” and “Attach” will also appear in green.
Yellow indicates an attempted transaction that was declined or deemed forbidden. The reason for the failure will be included in the notification message.
Red signifies a failed transaction that may require assistance from infinitrac customer service representatives. Destructive action buttons such as “Delete,” “Clear,” “Cancel,” “Remove,” or “Close” will also be marked in red.
Age
Within infinitrac modules such as “Outgoing Transmittal” and “Non-Conformance Report,” a Detail View is displayed, where the user can access detailed information related to the created report. The user can identify the status of the report using the Age attribute, which is shown at the top of the Detail View.
Depending on the report’s age, the system will display the following colors:
Green: Indicates the report is within an acceptable time range since its creation.
Yellow: Serves as a warning.
Red: Signals urgency or potential risk.
