Cut/Paste Safety Deficiency Report(s)

Depending of your privileges, a Safety Deficiency Report (SDR) can be moved between the folders the user have access to, with the cut function. Since cut action is protected by Role Permission to secure the SDR(s), the user need to have the cut role enabled in the SDR role section.

  2. In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the SDR(s) to move.

  3. Click "Cut" button.

  4. Select the folder to paste the SDR(s) into.

  5. Click “Paste” button.

Items cut successfully will display the next message: “2 Item(s) Cut To Clipboard”.

“Paste” button is disabled, until one or more SDR(s) are cut to the Clipboard.

Once SDR(s) moved to a new location, a success alert message will appear on the top right hand corner with message: “Item(s) Pasted successfully“

SDRs selection is not preserved, after user successfully pastes the SDRs into other folder path. Moving SDRs is currently allowed only within the same project.

Moving SDRs will update SDR’s Date Modified, and Modified By attributes and does not change the SDR Name/prefix automatically.
