Material Receiving Report Preview and Downloading

Preview a Material Receiving Report(s)

To preview a MRR Report:

1. Select the MRR Report to preview.

2. Click the “< List” button in the folder tree toolbar. This will open the Detail View of the selected Submittal Report.

3. Click “Preview Report” button in the upper right-hand corner.

Downloading a MRR package

To download a MRR Package:

1. Select the MRR to download.

2. Click the “< Detail” button in the folder tree toolbar. This will open the Detail View of the selected Submittal.

3. Click the “Download Package” button in the upper right-hand corner.

A success alert message will appear in the top right-hand corner, displaying the download date and the MRR name.

Eg: “2025-03-10_TRANS-00004_ Rev_01.zip downloaded successfully“.

The download will contain a ZIP folder of the MRR report, including all associated files and the report itself in PDF format.
