Copy/Paste Issue(s)

Depending of your privileges, an Issue can be duplicated from the folders the user have access to, with the copy function. Since copy action is protected by Role Permission to secure the Issue(s), the user need to have the copy role enabled in the Issue role section.

 To duplicate one or more Issue(s):

1. Select the folder containing the Issue(s) to be copied.

2. In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the Issue(s) to be duplicated.

3. Click "Copy" button.

4. Select the folder to paste the Issue(s) into.

5. Click “Paste” button.

Items copied successfully will display the next message: “2 Item(s) Copied To Clipboard”

Once Issue(s) pasted to a new location, a success alert message will appear on the top right hand corner with message: “Item(s) Pasted successfully“
