You should receive a success message and be returned to the Transmittal.

There are two ways to add Files:
Add File: Allows attachment of a file from a local computer one file at a time.
Import: Opens a new window, allowing importing of multiple files from a local computer using a Java Application.
Often a new Incoming Transmittal will contain new revisions to existing documents. Our system has a simple tool for dispositioning the previous revisions with new updates both manually and automated.
Manual Disposition:
Click the "Manual Disposition" icon to open a new window.
Cut and Paste the file to the desired destination and close the window then complete.
The files will no longer be in the "Files" section of the Transmittal. All dispositioned files will be displayed under "Dispositioned Files."
Auto Disposition:
Select the checkbox to the left of the filename of the file(s) to be disposed.
Click the "Auto Disposition" link and the system will parse your entire library that has the latest revision for the same Vendor Drawing Number. If found, the new revision will automatically become the "Current Revision" and the previous revision already in the system will be positioned to a previous revision. Revision Title and Drawing Number attribute values will be carried to a new revision, from the previous file revision, if no explicit attribute value had been set.
To Delete any added content from a Transmittal, select the item you wish to delete, then click the "Delete" Icon. There is also a tool to easily update your File's Data if accepting a large Transmittal Package. See the next section File Attribute Import in this User Guide.
WARNING! Once deleted, there is no Undoing that action.
