Incoming Transmittal Attributes
Incoming Transmittal meta data saved and displayed as attributes in infinitrac platform. Incoming Transmittal module can have unlimited number of attributes to describe its state and provide more details regarding transmitted content.
Date Received
Date stamp for when Incoming Transmittal was received. This field is optional.
Status
This field represents the status of the Incoming Transmittal. An already created option can be selected or a new one can be added. This field is optional.
Reference Number
Numeric value which is an id of received content from a third party. This field is optional.
From
Text field which contains name or reference indicating from where/who the Incoming Transmittal came from. This field is optional.
Description
Long transmittal description, consisting of purpose why the Incoming Transmittal is sent in a first place. Can accept any characters, including HTML or RTF formatted text. This field is required.
Name
Sequential title of the Incoming Transmittal based on an established folder prefix. This field is required, and cannot be empty. Maximum length is set to be 25 characters. Only alphanumeric characters, spaces, dashes, and dots are allowed in field’s entry.
