Cost Control - Role Access and Security
Access to Cost Control module and its functionality are controlled by a set of role permissions in a given project, in Role Management module, they are:
view - protects access to one or many Cost Control(s).
add - protects ability to add new Cost Control(s).
edit - protects ability to edit Cost Control(s) data.
delete - protects ability to remove Cost Control(s).
admin - protects ability to perform any kind of actions, after Cost Control(s) has been closed.
import - protects ability to add files to Cost Control(s).
access - protects ability to change Cost Control module access.
Additionally, system audit tracks each time Cost Control is:
Viewed
Updated
Added
Deleted
Audit log contains by who, what, and when was Cost Control interacted with.
