Cut/Paste Material Transaction Report(s)

Depending on your privileges, Material Transaction Report (MTR) can be moved between folders the user has access to using the Cut function. Since the Cut action is protected by role-based permissions to safeguard MRR(s), the user must have the Cut role enabled in the Submittals Role Permission.

To cut one or more MTR(s):

1. Select the folder containing the MTR(s) to be moved.

2. In the List View, click the checkbox(es) next to the MTR(s) to move.

3. Click the Cut button.

4. Navigate to the destination folder.

5. Click the Paste button to complete the move.

When items are successfully cut, the following message will appear:

“Item(s) Cut to Clipboard.”

Once Submittals are moved to a new location, a success alert will appear in the top-right corner with the message:
“Item(s) pasted successfully.”
