Material Receiving Report Response Files
Uploading Response Files with MMR
To upload a response file and associate it with MRR:
Navigate to the Submittal’s Detail View.
Select the “+” button in the Files section.
Users can drag and drop files, or browse and select them from the file explorer. Multiple files can be added for upload
If a file was already uploaded to the project's File Management module, there is no need to upload it again to a MRR: User can associate the file.

Once the file(s) are uploaded, a success alert will appear in the top right-hand corner with a green check mark.
Downloading Files from a MRR
Users can download files associated with a MRR by clicking the Download Files button. All files linked to the selected report will be downloaded as a compressed ZIP file.
The Download Files button remains disabled until at least one file has been uploaded.
Deleting Files from a MRR
To delete associated files from a MRR:
Click on the checkboxes next to the files.
Click the “Delete” button.

Note: Deletion of a file associated with a MRR is permanent and can not be reversed.
Associating Files with a MRR
Instead of uploading a file directly to a MRR, user can also associate an existing file uploaded to a project's File Management module. Files can have multiple MRR associations, and the file will be displayed in each MRR's detailed view.
A file cannot be associated with the same MRR more than once.
Dynamic Linking
User can turn dynamic linking on/off when associating a file to a MRR.
Revisions can be uploaded to the files from File Management's folder Detail View, and if the latest revision is changed, it will update for all associated MRR(s) if dynamic linking is turned on.
If dynamic linking is turned off, changing the latest revision in the File Management module will not change the revision in associated MRR.
To associate a file with a MRR:
Navigate to the "Files" section in a MRR's Detail View.
Click on the link button (see screenshot below)
A new window will open, displaying the File Management Module's folder tree structure.
Select the files to associate with the MRR.
Turn Dynamic Linking on/off via the check box in the top right corner of the new window
Click on "Associate" button.

The selected files will now appear in the MRR's "Files" section.
Files in File Management with multiple MRR associations can not be deleted without confirmation.
Uploading Folder Structure
Instead of simply uploading multiple files into one MRR, user can also upload entire folder structures (with subfolders, files). These structures need to be archived/zipped prior to upload, and infinitrac will upload and unpack them into the selected MRR.
To upload a folder structure:
Navigate to the "Files" section in an MRR's Detail View.
Click on the “Upload Folder Structure” button (see screenshot below)
A new window will open, displaying a dropzone where user can drag and drop files or browse and select files from the explorer.
Click on “Upload” button, located in the dropzone.

The accepted extensions (zip, tar, gz) will also be displayed.
Uploading large/multitude of files and folders can take time, depending on the internet connection. User will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the upload finishes, including details of the uploaded folder structure's location within the file management module.
