Downloading an Incoming Transmittal Report

To download an Incoming Transmittal Report:

1. Select the Incoming Transmittal to download in a Transmittal List View.

2. Click Download Report button in the upper right hand corner.

The report will be in PDF format and will include all available information from the Detail View: Name, name of uploaded files, Data Files Import and Dispositioned Files as well as the details of the report itself (see screenshot below).

Downloading an Incoming Transmittal package

To download an Incoming Transmittal Package:

1. Select the Incoming Transmittal to download in a Transmittal List View.

2. Click Download Package button in the upper right hand corner.

A success message will appear in the top right hand corner with a message composed of the downloading date and the Incoming Transmittal name.

Eg: “2022-10-19_ZG-00061.zip downloaded successfully“

It will download a zip format folder of the Incoming Transmittal report which includes every file associated with the Incoming Transmittal as well as the report itself in PDF format.
