Reopen an Incoming Transmittal

After a BPO is sent, all attribute fields become Read-Only, meaning it cannot be changed. By reopening an Incoming Transmittal, the user will have the ability to edit attributes within Incoming Transmittal. Reopen function is restricted to users with the admin permission enabled in role section.

To reopen an Incoming Transmittal:

1. Navigate to the Incoming Transmittal’s Detail View by clicking on the < Detail button.

2. Select the Incoming Transmittal to be reopened.

3. Click on Reopen button in the upper right hand corner.

4. Modify required fields.

Once the Incoming Transmittal is reopened, a success message will be displayed on the top right hand corner with the message: “The Incoming Transmittal [Filename] Was Unlocked Successfully“.
