Run Report for QIR(s)

To run a report for a Quality Incident Report, user must have view permission enabled.

To Run Report in Quality Incident Report List View:

1. Select the Quality Incident Report folder where report will be run.

2. Click on Run Report button in the data table action menu.

An excel workbook will be created which contains the folder’s Quality Incident Report and their values. A success message will be displayed in the top right hand corner with the message: “[Current Date] [Project Name]_[Folder Name]_Daily Report_Detail_Report.xlsx downloaded successfully“.
