QIR List View

Quality Incident Report (QIR) List View is used to manage and organize QIR(s) within a folder structure. List View displays QIR(s) status/summary details and provides ability to manage QIRs in bulk.

QIR(s) can be organized using a Folder Tree object. QIR(s) can reside only under folders provisioned as “Mount Folders”. The QIR Root folder, by default, cannot store QIR(s); its purpose—like other non-mounted folders—is primarily for organizing. Each Mount Folder requires a folder prefix, which serves as a prefix for QIR names created under it. The last part of the QIR name is a total count of folder items, including removed items. The default count length is 5 digits.
