Add QIR(s)

To add a Quality Incident Report (QIR) user role must have an “add“ privilege (link to respective page) enabled.

To add a QIR in a List View (link to respective page):

1. Select the folder that will contain the new QIR(s) in a folder tree object on a left hand side.

2. Click on “+ Add” button in the data table action menu.

A new QIR will be auto-generated, and be displayed at the top of the QIR list. A success alert message will be displayed at the top right hand corner with message: “[QIR Name] has been created successfully”. A failed operation will display message “Error Occurred: Failed to create [QIR Name] ”.
