Run Report for Incoming Transmittal

To run a report for an Incoming Transmittal, user must have view permission enabled.

To Run Report in Incoming Transmittal List View:

  1. Select the Incoming Transmittal folder where report will be run.

  2. Click on Run Report button in the data table action menu.

An excel workbook will be created which contains the folder’s Incoming Transmittals and their values. A success message will be displayed in the top right hand corner with the message: “[Current Date] [Project Name]_[Folder Name]_Incoming_Transmittal_Detail_Report.xlsx downloaded successfully“.
