Contact Group List View
Contact Group List View is used to manage and organize Contact Group(s) within a folder structure. List View displays Contact Group(s) status/summary details and provides ability to manage Contact Groups in bulk.
Contact Group(s) Table Actions
There are many actions available to manage Outgoing Transmittals folders, such as (click on a respective link to find out more about each action, below):
Table:
Grouped: Filters the table for created Groups
Flat: Filters the table for all the Contacts in the Contact Groups
When selecting the table as “Flat” a Contact will be listed once for every Group they are in.
Groups in:
Current Project: Filters the Contact Group for those created within the current project.
Every Project: Displays all Contact Groups created in the instance
